It is best to visit your new client at their place of business within three days after their purchase. Call in advance to ensure you will have an audience of their co-workers and peers. Timing is everything... a field call must be scheduled while your clients enthusiasm is at it's peak. It is important for you identify and qualify the best clients to conduct a field call. If your client works in an environment such as a bank, fast-food restaurant, super market or nightclub, obviously it would limit your ability to gain a captive audience. You will want to be selective as to which clients will provide the best environment for you to generate the greatest number of quality referrals.
